Uxbridge Road to Moor Park

At last we found a date for a non Friday walk – unfortunately it was the day after the only sunny Bank Holiday this year and the poor weather forecast proved correct – drizzle all morning, steady rain all afternoon. 6 brave, well covered souls (see gallery) 5 of whom were regular Friday walkers enjoyed a beautiful walk – one of the best sections of the LOOP Uxbridge to Moor Park, canal side and reservoirs in the morning and hilly bluebell woods and farmland in the afternoon. Despite poor reviews the Coy Carp, Harefield, gave us a good welcome, table and acceptable food.
