Home elizabeth line from Harold wood station

Route: 

The walk traces a route through a series of parks stretching north of Romford. Lodge Farm Park is followed by a waterside stretch through Raphael Park and Rise Park leads on to the open expanses of Bedford Country Park. Part of the walk overlaps with The London Loop. Apart from a section of road-walking to cross the A12, most of the walk is very green.

The halfway point is Havering-atte-Bower which has an infrequent bus service back to Romford.
