slow lane walk
A lovely early autumnal Slow Lane walk yesterday with many thanks to Line.
A merry crowd of us walked across Hampstead Heath into a very different world in Kenwood House. 'Sargent's' sophisticated paintings of extremely rich American women wearing beautiful gowns that I suspect I will never do! Lunch and a Vermeer (or two), and others, followed by the return walk across the Heath to Gospel Oak Overground - (where thereby lays another tale about the journey home).
All's well.
